About Our West New York Medicare Insurance Agency Team
We are a small, local Medicare practice focused on West New York and the North Hudson towns around it. Our goal is to make Medicare less confusing, one phone call at a time.

How We Work
We ask about your health needs, budget and doctors before we mention any plan. Then we compare the plans we carry. We explain the trade-offs in simple terms and let you decide. We are paid by the insurance companies, so our help costs you nothing.
Bilingual Help
Many families here speak Spanish at home. We can talk in Spanish or English, and we are glad to include adult children on the call.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not work for the government or Medicare.
- We do not carry every plan in the area.
- We never ask for your Medicare number on a cold call.
Towns We Serve
- West New York, our home base
- Guttenberg, just to the north
- North Bergen, home to Palisades Medical Center
- Union City, to the south and west
- Weehawken, along the river to the south
All five are in Hudson County, so they share the same Medicare Advantage and Part D plan list.
Local Landmarks
You may know the town by Boulevard East's river views, the shops on Bergenline Avenue, the Public Library at 425 60th Street or Town Hall at 428 60th Street. NJ Transit buses run along Bergenline and Boulevard East.
Our Commitment to the Community
West New York is one of the most crowded towns in the country, and many neighbors juggle work, family and paperwork in two languages. We want Medicare to feel like one less worry. That means brief calls, plain words and honest answers, including when the best step is a free program instead of a new plan.
Helping Caregivers
Your parent can call 1-800-MEDICARE and name you, or fill out a form allowing Medicare to share information with you. For legal decisions, a power of attorney may be needed.
- Medicare card and plan cards
- A current drug list
- Doctor names and phone numbers
- Recent plan letters
Protecting You From Scams
- A caller says they are from Medicare and asks for your number
- Offers of free gifts, braces or genetic tests
- Pressure to decide right now
- Threats that you will lose benefits
- Requests to pay with gift cards

Our Story
This site started with a simple idea. Medicare help in West New York should feel local, patient and bilingual. Too many neighbors were getting cold calls from strangers, or giving up on a pile of mail written in confusing terms. We set out to offer something better: a calm phone call, real numbers and no pressure.
Today we help people across the northern part of Hudson County compare the plans we offer, apply for state help and review their coverage each fall.
What Drives Us
We measure success by how clear you feel at the end of a call, not by whether you switch plans. If staying put is the right move, we say so. If a free program could save you more than any plan, we point you there first. That honesty is why many people call us back each year and send their friends.
Free, Neutral Counseling Too
NJ SHIP offers free counseling and does not sell plans. Call 1-800-792-8820. We think it is a great resource.
